Makeover- Dio Style

I'm not the only one who got annoyed with Rhoeas's obnoxious colour scheme. But Ozimandias Dio was the first to DO something about it.

Ozimandias Dio is the man Vinca percieves as his fashion rival. Dio doesn't see Vinca that way- his rival is Luxe. However, Vinca DID beat Dio out when Dio wanted the stylist job.

Known for his love of bright colours, he nonetheless has an eye for colour schemes and he is one of the important people that dictates what is fashionable that year.
