Personality:
-Carefree: His default mood is happy and a little detached from reality. He finds difficulty in seeing the value of life.

-Protective: He will not stand for anyone insulting Jennifer or anyone he deeply cares for.

-Obsessed (kinda): He dances every day with Jennifer, during his free time. When he’s stressed, scared, worried or just needs to think, he dances. He will also, on his happier days, grab the nearest person available (gender is irrelevant) and use him or her as a dance partner.

-Patient: He’s more than willing to teach people how to dance classical, especially waltz.

-Flirty: Well, just a little. And he is completely unaware of it. This may or may not be due to his mother’s blood in him.

-Orientation: Bisexual with a touch of necrophilia. At least, he appears that way, seeing as how he has no qualms about stating proudly that he finds beauty in skeletons (especially Jennifer.)

-Cold: When extremely angry or when commanding rebellious spirits, he's cold and merciless.

-Unforgiving: He will never forgive you if you break your promise to him, no matter how small it is.

History (short version):
-Born from a male demon and a succubus.
-His family is divided into three lines (father’s side) and they each make pacts with humans to grant one of three things: youth, knowledge and power.
-Xavier was born under the ‘power’ line.
-From birth, he was prepared to learn necromancy
-Learned how to dance when he was 10 from his mother
-He was given Jennifer when he was 12
-Sent to Otherworlde when he was 18

At Otherworlde:

After a year at Otherworlde, he is less certain about himself. Though unsure of his own wants, he is no less determined to succeed as a Necromancer.

He has few friends, mainly because his creator was lazy to rp and didn't go to chatrooms he spent his time dancing with Jennifer/whatever friends he did have, working on assignments and reading in the library.

Thanks to a spell he was hit by during an assignment, any sudden movements (such as being jerked) causes him pain. It's not that bad but it hurts enough for him to make it noticeable.

Two years of education and not much has changed. His powers have grown. His willingness to be social.... not so much. If anything, it's taken a nosedive and he sees more value in the dead than the living, mainly because he doesn't have any close friends.

The only bright side is that the spell on him has fully disappeared.

Chatroom Availability: Rarely. Not used to chatrooms so…. But usually free on weekends. I’ll probably visit if invited but other than that…. Uhh… yeah. Need convincing though.

Xavier: *smiles* A pleasure to meet you, my dear. *bows deeply* I hope we are able to chat some other time and perhaps…. *glances up and grins, a touch hopefully* We would be able dance together as well?

Paragraph Sample:
“Looking lovely as usual, my dear,” Xavier sighed, smiling softly at his partner. Hand lightly grasping the other’s, he gently led her around the floor. Apart from the occasional comment on his partner’s elegance, the room was filled with the sounds of rustling fabric and something lightly scraping along a hard earthen floor.

“You’re dress is stunning, Jennifer.” Xavier chuckled. “Mother chose the best as usual, I suppose,” he said, glancing down to Jennifer whose head rested gently against his shoulder.

Finally, the demon stopped. “That’s all for today, love,” he whispered, gently picking up his partner and placing her in his closet, atop a pile of satin dresses. Jennifer grinned at him. He started to grin back but stopped when he remembered that she always grinned. Skeletons always grin.

Trivia:
-In return for giving them whatever it is that they wish, the demon is allowed to eat the human’s soul upon completion of the contract. If the contract is broken for whatever reason, the demon gets the soul anyway.

-There are two ways to make a contract. One is that a human desperate enough will call a random demon that would grant his wish. The second is a dealer in the underground who calls on the demon. The latter is easier but more dangerous as the dealer is known to be a swindler at times.

-Jennifer is the skeleton of a girl from one of Xavier’s father’s previous contracts. Her original name is forgotten. The skeleton was enchanted by his father so that it would not break as easily as a normal skeleton and the joints would hold together properly, even when moved around. The reason she was not made to be able to move on her own was because Xavier’s father wanted him to do this himself.

-The reason Jennifer can't be brought back to life like normal corpses is because her soul was devoured by Xavier's father. As such, there's no soul to bind to the skeleton to allow it to move. Xavier doesn't know how to bind a different soul to the skeleton and is hoping to learn how in the academy.

Skills:
~Spirit seeing:
He can see wandering spirits at will and command them to do his bidding. No longer affected by the 'cooldown time', he can use this skill whenever he wants. He can also bring the spirits over to the living world with ease but summoning more makes it harder for him to send them back. The constant exposure to the dead has makes him more sensitive to the living and he can see the state of souls for those alive. Despite this, he can't tamper with them.

~Dead raising:
Already trained somewhat in the arts of necromancy, Xavier can raise the dead for a total of 48 hours. The more he summons, the less time they have before collapsing. (Eg: If he raises one corpse, it will last 48 hours before collapsing. If he raises two, the time is split between them and they last 24 hours unless he sends one back, in which case the remaining time will pass on to the ‘living’ corpse.)

~Classical dances
You name it, he’ll dance it. He knows both the male’s and female’s parts, making him the perfect dance partner. Just…. Don’t ask him to break dance. Please.
