Tirzah Characters 2

Here are two more characters for my original story, "Tirzah."

The mouse is Barak (not to be confused with President Obama, mind you), named after the same Barak from the book of Judges in the Bible. Both Baraks are similar in that they are both of a timorous nature.

One thing you might notice about Barak is how similar his garb is to Zeriah the ferret's clothing - and that they both have idential amulets. That is because they hail from the same kingdom.

Barak is a prince, and Zeriah is his bodygaurd. But what are they doing in Tirzah, you might ask? Barak would prefer that remain a secret, as he intends on starting a new life.

And as for my other character...

Seriously, what is an anthro book without some hunky otter running around in a kilt?

This guy's name is Kain (I wanted a short name to contrast his actual size), and he is the biggest, strongest non-badger creature in all of Tirzah. He is also one of the gentlest, as well (but he'll whoop anybody who messes with his pals).

Kain is the youngest of 15, and the only son as well. He has TONS of nieces and nephews, and he lives in a fisher-otter village not far from the castle where Elihu and his friends live.

Another interesting fact: Barak is 18. Kain is 16. Surprised?
