Workflow:
Sketchup 8 free in order to estimate the camera settings and build the basic shadow catcher scene,
Poser in order to pose for Martina and drape her clothing,
DAZ studio and teleblender script by mcasual in order to export Martina to blender,
Blender for building the whole scene, and Blender cycles for rendering.
Finally I used Gimp for some minor fixes.
