Personality: He sleeps around. He is a complete man-whore, and don't let anything he says sway you of that belief. He is charismatic, smooth, charming, and has a way with words. He can be your best friend, and we will be a chum with anyone that will allow him to be. Hell, if the task is interesting enough, or it coincides with something on his to-do list, he'll even do a task someone needs done.

It's all about 'what's in it for me?', and even if it isn't apparent to you, if he takes an interest in you, it's not going to end well for you. He's wrecked more homes than he can count on all his digits, twice, and he has no regret over any of them. At least, none that he'll tell you of.

He'll create a completely made up life, with a different persona, for a crowd that he's never known of before, and will never see again, and you'll believe him too.

And at the end of the day, he's still himself at his very core; someone not to mess with, someone that you have no comprehension of dealing with, someone that's completely evil down to his very core. Rotten and festering with chaos and malicious intent.

Magic:
Incantations. Drakes main mode of magic is incantations. If he needs a trap done, BAM, incantation. If there's something he wants enchanted, or to do an action that he wants, BAM, there you go. He can lay out as many incantations as he wishes, and has done them in layers upon layers at multiple times. Only someone that knows what incantations look like, and look for a specific thing, can know what to do to counter them. Most of the time he does incantations to trip someone up, and make them look like a fool, but he can also do some serious damage if he puts his mind to it.

He's also easily distracted when setting up his incantations. The stronger his incantation, the longer it takes to set up, and the more focus it needs. Have a pretty jugs-with-legs woman be known to him, and it can snap him out of an incantation. Though, that only works the first time, and the more times you try to distract him, the harder it's going to be to do so.

Ice magic: He can use ice magic very well, but for weapons. He can make any weapon, as long as he's seen it, and it can be held in two hands comfortably. He doesn't use his ice magic for much more than making weapons, but if you push him into a corner, then he'll unleash all the damage that he can do. Hopefully your quick on your feet, because it's a doozy.

Physical Strength: Not as strong as punching through a wall, but he can crack it for sure. He's a power house, and can take what he can dish. His ice weapons focus his strength, but his raw power alone can cause massive damage, possibly more than with the aid of his weapons.
