MASSIVE ART THEFT - CHECK THE LINK!

I just came across this site and there are a ton of images up for download from this site. I found a lot of mine and I recognize many others from here on dA (but can't always remember the artists). Check this site and make sure your artwork is not in here. It seems like most of them are put up by this one user. I will be contacting the site to file a copyright infringement claim. This stuff just pisses me off so much! I freakin' cancelled my first vacation in 5 years cause my sales slumped this summer and then my computer crashed and I couldn't afford all the expenses. And here is this person who thinks that my hard work is their's for the taking!!!!!!!!

In other news, I got the draft of the cease and desist for this one rather persistent art thief. I need to get my lawyer some additional information and then we are going to send it off. I also notified another artist on here that I was able to track down that her art was also being sold by this person so she's also taking action.

I DO NOT release my images for digital download for free or for sale. These pieces are the backbone of my business and if someone likes them, there are my shops where they can be purchased on various items and shirts. All my images that are for sale in Zazzle and Cafe Press have the shop links in the description. If you see Kimchi Kawaii art up for download or digital files for sale, PLEASE NOTIFY ME and I will take the necessary action.

If someone likes my style and wants a digital image, they can commission me (info is in the commissions box below) and I will do art for them to use as they wish.

Please share this with other artists! We can't let people get away with this crap.
