Im exetremely happy with this manip. Took me 2 hours with everything. I couldnt seem to get the light right and it still isnt that accrutate but its good I think.
I would enjoy some crituque on things I need to work on. Please say it in a nice tone though. I find it rude to yell at someones artwork

Lovely manipulation, I love the eye and forelock painting! Also, what a great job on the blurring of the background, you won't believe how hard I find doing that.
The sun rays look a bit intense, so maybe blurring them or lowering their opacity in future manips would make the light a bit more natural. However, I like that your sun rays are a colour that matches the colour scheme of the manipulation, using a bold white just never looks right...
Also, as you had previously commented on your subject outlines, when your outline reaches the ground it looks a bit harsh also. You could get an eraser tool on a 10% opacity and tone an outline down at the ends by just erasing some of it.
I could give you some tips for the lighting if you don't like it that much, but I'm unsure of what graphics program you have so I can't help much.
