Personality: Cortadito has grown into a lovely, happy to please type of mare. She loves companionship, and is always looking for new friends, and new adventures to go to. Cortadito is very eager and active, but one should not think she is without her own will. Being a mare, she takes the even temper of her sire, and makes it spark with some headstrong moments. Very brave by her very nature, Cortadito has a habit of sticking her nose where it does not necessarily belong.

She can be somewhat difficult, and while she likes making new friends and enjoys the company, but she only really warms up for a chosen few. For others, she can be something of a whirlwind, going from one mood to another. Her happiness can turn into bounciness with a slight gust of a wind, and although she likes to please and make others happy, she occasionally decides to not speak their language.

Loves to snuggle and participate in whatever the humans might be doing - if someone goes by her paddock, she will chase after them, calling out. Easy to groom and handle from the ground, especially if you come prepared with treats. Very energetic and powerful under saddle - it takes the rider quite a bit of stamina to keep up with her pace.

Quite the socialite, she gets along with almost everyone, but her speed seems a bit much for some of the older horses, and the more ladylike mares. Playful and happy, but always runs back to her sire if there is trouble.
