CMC Air Time Color Base

Here I've added a basic color foundation. I can see if I like the colors as they are or change them, work on highlights and shadows, and add or remove detail lines... I have a habit of overdoing the lines in hair...

I also decided to change the handle on the scooter to something a little bit more detailed.
