CSS Contest winner
A while ago, I entered CypherVisor's Modern Elite CSS Contest with two Journal designs; Wrapped (which I'm using right here) and Lisse. The results to that contest have now finally been posted, and fortunately I've won the runner-up prize with the latter of those designs!
Besides of some other goodies, the contest reward includes a one-month Premium Membership, which I'm especially excited about since it's my very first Premium Membership since joining dA roughly a year ago! So thanks a lot to CypherVisor and all of the other judges and sponsors for being so generous, you guys are awesome!
Username change
As a consequence of that Premium Membership, I've taken the opportunity to change my username from ~j-o-n-i-b-o-y to jonarific, on the one hand because all of those dashes became quite annoying after a while (I only had them in my name because joniboy was already taken when I signed up), and on the other because Joniboy is a really ancient nickname of mine anyway and, as I've come to realize, has a somewhat "childish connotation", which is why I felt the need for something new.
I've also refreshed some of my personal "branding" in form of a pixel art self-portrait of mine, which can be found in a new deviantID and will probably appear as my avatar shortly as well.
Spotlight feature
I'd also like to thank the people at eCSSited, who have chosen me as their Monthly Spotlight deviant in their October 2012 News post and have featured the following deviations of mine. This is quite the honor, you guys are awesome too!

I gratiously received an invitation from someone in the Dribbble community (or, specifically speaking, that person offered it and I sent in an "application" which was successful), so from now on I'll be posting some UI design-related work on there as well! …I'm really happy with all the awesome stuff that's been happening to me around here for the last little while, and I'll try to respond with increased activity and some new submissions! Thanks for letting me start to experience the community aspect of deviantART (rather than merely seeing it as a content publishing platform like I did before), I'm looking forward to what's going to come in the future!
