Quick Update

It seems like forever since I've done any type of journal. For whoever is interested this will just be a quick update.

I started my 365 project September 1st. It has been interesting to say the least. It started out as a 30 day challenge, I took 3rd place. Not bad I guess. It's not easy to take a photo everyday. That's not really how I work, so it has been a challenge for me.

Something I'm pretty excited for. I'm going to visit my oldest and best friend ever. We only live two hours  away from each other but don't see each other very often. I'm leaving Wednesday morning and not coming home until Sunday-Monday. You can never tell what kind of shenanigans we'll get into. This couldn't have come at a better time. I really need to get away and let loose. Watch out Twin cities... Rachel's coming back to town!! I hope to have some pictures to share with everyone.

I've also been working with my photos in a different kind of way. I don't want to get too much into the details of it, but it's really neat. I get a basic photocopy made and transfer it onto canvas. I also have some pieces of wood I'm gonna try it on. It's a bit of a process but I really like it. Then I add some artistic flair to it. Eventually I might share a photo of what I'm talking about, if anyone wants to see.

I was recently offered money to take some photos. I've not decided if I'm gonna do it yet, but that I was asked at all is pretty awesome.
So it has been a while since I've done a feature journal. I'll just do a small feature to end this journal.
