ITH: Beware the Doorman

I'm not sure when I developed my fear of going to sleep, but it's been around since I can ever care to recall. Some nights I'll outrace the sun because I'm terrified to shut my eyes.

An easy solution when I was kid was to escape to this world I made up called "The Imaginary Tree House". It was the perfect little paradise where, if I knocked three times, I would be protected from ANYTHING that wanted to hurt me. Wilt, the man in the picture, would always greet me at the door and take me where I wanted to go to feel safe, telling me stories that helped me nod off.
It was only recently I noticed how... horrifying he is, I guess. I drew this and Abby was terrified of it. His legs bend way up past his head and back down, same with his arms, just so he can service the whole Tree House easier (it's more of a mansion I guess, I never understood the whole tree house part), same with his long winding fingers. And the thing between his eyes is his nose, not sure what's wrong with it. I just drew him how he is in his mind.
