IWTEOYF28: Umbreon TF (request)

Once again, I am late...sorry .

So there's not really much to say in this one...Tony finds the moon interesting, his cornea experiences splitting pains, and he grows fur and TFs into an Umbreon. I've got to say, however, that this was a much more effective way of TFing people than needing to put a lamp around your neck. This method is designed to be more widespread. The only visible side effects of this said method (which, by the way, the explanation is a secret) is that now hundreds of millions of people notice this, and that the government is now searching for me...but I'm sure everything will be fine.
