Alec/Zip (The Cursed OCT)

Curse: Hoodie with a taste for mental games.

Ability: Zip's hood can twist into many shapes, even to human faces but, it's favorite shape is that of a ghoul. It provides Alec armor, anything blunt that hits him bounces off like rubber. It can be cut but it immediately starts re-threading itself. The hard part of the laces tend to transform into different types of blades and the cords can extend in order to be used as bladed whips. The wrist cushions can extend over the hand into a type of fingerless gloves but then sprout small but sharp spikes at the knuckles. He's not strong but can manipulate the opponent into different moods (rage, sadness, hopeless) which allow his fast movements to be perceived even faster. Whenever he transforms, the Z on the back envelops the rest of the hoodie, except for a slight alteration Alec had made on the sweater. A neck guard with an anchor that reminds him of his sweater. Sometimes when he's possessed, he's able to control Zip due to that part of the hoodie not being able to be taken control of.

Origin: The hoodie was given to him by his dad who had bought it at a thrift store in downtown New York. This hoodie's name is called Zip, it's been passed down from thug to rapist to murderer to white collar criminal, it's a sweater that adapts to feed the need of the person who looks at it. Over time, it started feeding on all the negativity that each owner wore into it. It became aware of how the wearer felt and nothing brought it as much joy as being able to make the person's deepest violent feelings come true.

Alec was ecstatic to put it on because he had always wanted one of those sweaters that zip all the way up to the hood. Weird thing though, after the first time he wore it, he noticed every time he took it off, it became more difficult to remove. Alec didn't think much of it, he just thought the zipper must be getting old.

While walking home one night in his hoodie, he saw his old best friend Peter a few blocks away from his place. They talked about how they used to hang out and who he was chilling with now but it was getting late so Alec said his goodbyes and left.

About one block away he started to hear a voice in his head. With all the noise in New York City, to be able to hear someone's voice so clearly was freaking him out but not as much as what the voice was saying.
"So he thinks he's too cool for you now?...

Might not be too cool if someone slaughtered his ass...

Oh you don't like the idea of killing?...

What if I told you he stopped hanging with you because he
heard you might be gay?...

I know its not true, but that doesn't make him a good friend, does it?...

recognize you and you can do your deed with no consequences...

Next thing Alec remembers is waking up, dizzy, groggy and with a massive headache but that doesn't distract from the massive sting in his fists. His now bruised and bloody fists. Then he realized where he was. Right in the middle of a basketball court around his house and next to him was Peter.
He didn't recognize Peter right away not because his face had changed so much since they last hung out but for his signature Nintendo tattoo on his neck.
As for why he didn't recognize his face, its quite simple.
It was smashed apart.
