I thought I'd do a little feature for most of the people I follow on here. My favorite from each person. It was hard deciding just one. I hope you all check out their pages and watch them also. =)
Enjoy

her angel face you hold so dear
she'll find you in that darkest time
her eyes will speak sans reason, rhyme
in time you will remember things
of birds and bones and broken wings
of deadly secrets, shattered dreams
things left unsaid and silent screams
with open heart and open mind
stand in the rain and you will find
that healing lies in these things true
and to remember changes you

:iconispeakmuzik: Do Not DisturbI sat up in bed quickly, sweating and heart racing. I thought I hears someone scream as I did. A light flicked on, illuminating the hotel room. I whipped my head around, eyes wide. Maisen was combing her fingers through her long red hair, a sleepy frown on her face.
"You screamed." She said this matter-of-factly, like I had just ruined her beauty sleep. Technically I had.
I rubbed at my face. "Sorry, Mai...it was nothing. A bead dream I think." She nodded and curled up in a ball again.
I fell back unto my pillow again then sat up. I checked the twins and Rose, both sound asleep. Griffin popped his head up from the couch. He held up a thumb and rotated it up and down in a silent question. I gave him a thumbs up, even though I felt just the opposite.
I lay back down, trying not to think of the nightmare. I'd seen Mutt hovering above a city, screaming as sky scrapers collapsed and smoke thickened the sky. In my dream I knew she was causing it.
I'd seen Cameo, drowning as bubbles wiggled a

leaving no smoky tails to slither--
its taste buds luxuriating in the wind
that funnels around, twisting and
manipulating the tendrils higher and higher.
The air feeds into flames, into lungs;
smarting, deadening, crisping and
cleansing.  Clean mold apparent,
it weighs heavily, hardly a moth's breath;
like an old love.  Feelings boiling, burning
in the best ways; all-consuming.  It soon
festers, only to leave emptiness in its
wake.  A hollow heart echoes its sorrows,
pleading for release from its cage.  Its song
is heard, and the wind caresses its tune,
holding it close, coaxing it out into the world.
The melancholy notes disperse, leaving only
exultant cries of freedom with a mere
undercurrent of what was, but not is.
The tempest carries the sound across the
flickering lights in the sky, exploding
into technicolor displays with sparks
trailing, meandering back down to Earth,
reluctant to be a part of such a
mundane aspect of life.  They bas
