A Mambu Village
King Sombra watched with Malevolent glee as his minions surrounded the fleeing Mabu villagers. This was just a stepping stone. Once the Core of Light was under his control and Skylands under his hoof, The Universe would be his. Soon the entire Mambu community was held prisoner in the center of the Village. His snarling creatures growled at the outnumber Mabu who desperately tried the bat the creatures away or protect the women and children.
Sombra stepped forward, It was time for these wretches to know who their master was. "Kneel." Commanded. When the mabu at first refused, In furious display of Dark Magic Sombra shouted. "I SAID KNEEEEEL!" Reluctantly the the citizens obeyed. "Good." Sombra smiled wickedly. "Now you should feel honored to be the first. For soon this will be the way of all things." With Evil glee Sombra declared. "In the End, ALL Will kneel before me." "I don't Think so!" A voice shouted. Amazed that someone would have the gall to challenge his supremecy, King Sombra scanned the crowd and saw where the voice came from. It was Flynn. From the far end where they were hiding, Cali and Hug watched in horror. Was Flynn out his mind? Flynn stood heroic like in front Sombra with Villagers behind him. "Horsey Boy I know your some sort of big shot in Equestria, But here in Skylands We Don't take kindly to would be tyrants." Flynn declared. Sombra was amused. This clown was either Extremely brave or Supremely Stupid (probably the latter). "Indeed." Sombra smiled sadistically. "And Who would be so brazen to even attempt to Stop me?" I'm afraid I'm completely unfamiliar with Skylands or Spyro, so a lot of this is pretty lost to me. As for what critiques I can offer, there are a lot of unnecessary capitalizations throughout, and you don't need capslock to for a character to shout; just saying "Cali shouted" before her line is enough. Also, instead of just having the word "KAABOOM", you could say "suddenly there was a huge explosion" or "there was a great "KABOOM!".
Is this a work in progress? Because the lack of a coherent beginning or end makes it feel like it's a chunk of a longer story than a story all by itself.
