Wild Force Poster

There is some complete overhaul (or design evolution) for one of my original characters. AND a new character. Now 'not quite assassin' have a name - Cutlass, he got more advanced, realistic and wearable armor, two 'bla(de)sters', and at last some biography and belonging to original story; so he is... well, where is the fun in knowing everything at once. Designing his new appearance was very interesting, main control lines and details are almost the same but I've added more anatomic volume and usability. Last details were added late during balancing of already filled areas. And you can see the result in comparison with the old pic (lower).

And the new character is the matter of what I call 'Comment Сontest'. Your simple task is to guess WHO HE IS. The first person with the most complete detailed answer will get individual prize version of the poster.
Remember your wardrobe in Mass Effect. Though Hatchet has stealth mimicrical armor, the winner will customize him choosing the colors for the smooth and the carbon parts of his armor and for his lights.
