OC Kamen Rider PLA

well, what can I say about this, Not my best design but I hope it works as a concept, I hope again.

So this is my new rider, Kamen Rider PLA. PLA follows the world of Wizard (In case the design and rings did not gave that away) Only difference is that coat design and how his belt works which I shall explain now.

The belt has 2 function, The Ring scanning and a slot machine. The ring scanning is similar to Wizard, but the scanner is on his right hip and can not change sides, only stays downwards. To activate the scan he has to pushing a lever and it will activate saying "SUKYAN THE RING, LET IT FLOW!" which any rings can be scanned on and it will tell what it will do. If its a form ring it will say "PLEASE!" But if its a magic ring it will say "THANK YOU!" instead. PLA Doesnt have a 'Element style' Instead he has a 'PlaStyle' of which the slot machine part comes in. The Slot machine part of the belt is placed at the front, what it does is that PLA pulls the lever down and it will spin and it will land on a PlaMonster of which he press the button on the side and the Monster that it lands on will attach to him, for example it if lands on garuda it will say "GARUDA!" multiple times til he ever spins it again or push the button, when he push the button it will then say "GOOD CHOICE! GARUDA!" which then the garuda pieces comes out of the slot and enlarge its size and will attach to his back, enabling him to have the ability of flight. It can also do a finisher while the button is still in play for the monster, by pulling down the lever again it will then say "GARUDA! FINISHER! SAIKOOOO!!" when then will perform a finisher depending on the PlaMonster. So far to my knowledge there is 6 i know of (The White Garuda does not count) so each of them will be able to attach around PLA, if the lever is pull down 6 times, it automatically come up with a symbol of PLA and will say "PLA CHIMERA!" of which he press the button on that and all of the PlaMonsters attach to him giving him the form/style of Kamen Rider PLA Chimera Style.

PLA has 3 rings so far-

PLA ring: Changes to Kamen Rider PLA
Driver On ring: Changes belt to PLA Driver
Punch Strike ring: PLA's Finisher

PLA can use Wizards Element rings, but it wont change his appearance, instead gain there abilities and power. He can also use the Kick Strike ring for a finisher.

The PlaSlot has 6 of the PlaMonsters as well as its own Pla Chimera slot.
Garuda- attaches to his Back (flight ability)
Unicorn- attaches to his Left Arm (Sword ability)
Kraken- attaches to his Right Leg (A drill like ability)
Cerbus- attaches to his Chest and Shoulder (Cannon ability)
Golem- attaches to his Right Arm (Hammer/Fist ability)
Ghost (my own PlaMonster)- attaches to his Left Leg (Invincibility/Transparent ability)
