Terms

Payment:
I require a full payment of the commission, (or half if over $200 at the beginning of the commission, and the remainder once the colored progress is sent.) before any work begins. At this time, I will only accept payment through Paypal and Deviantart

I will need your payment within 48 hours of confirmation before I begin any work. If I do not receive your payment within that time frame, i will move your commission priority down the list.

Prices given are for non-commercial use. (Do not sell/ print for others, make anything out of them)


Refunds:
If I cannot complete the commission, I will issue a full refund of the price.

If you need to pull out of the commission, I will refund half of the price if i started it.


Rights:
I retain the rights to the image you've commissioned, but you are allowed to use the image in a non-profit manner (such as use as a  desktop background, uploading it to your own gallery (with permission and credit), or as a reference sheet, etc). This  means you cannot use the art on merchandise, such as prints to sell. You cannot sell the rights of the image to someone else. As I retain the rights to the image, I will be able to make prints, use it on merchandise, and/or use it in a portfolio, or any other thing i want to use it for (Iwill tell you, the commissioner if I do this though).

I will pursue legal action if my artwork is used in ANY commercial way, or stolen and used without my consent in writing.


Turnout/ Time

I will complete my commissions to the best of my ability, in a timely matter. Feel free to inquire on the progress or status, through PM's. I do take around 3-4 months on average for large commissions, such as character designs or  full CG. Busts can be completed in about a week or less, along with simple icons.


I will not draw sexual adult content, or any fetishes.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel I can do it, or it won't work aesthetically.

-Animals
- Anime
- Fan art
- Furries/Anthro
- Artistic Nude (At my discretion)
*If something isn't listed here feel free to ask me about it, but just remember that I can refuse it.


If I am drawing your original characters/ fan art, please include a reference and information on their personality. This is so I can accurately portray them.

REVISIONS
I will do minor revisions of progress images, if commissioners desires
Progress images for smaller commissions (under $200) will only be provided upon request.

What's not minor:
- changing everything
- changing view/gender
- changing character
ect ect... 20 random edits..

I will do 1 free revision of the final image if desired, if the error was on my part, such as missing a marking, wrong color ect, and the final, unmarked image will be sent (via email or note/pm) to the commissioner, if unmarked, the link will be provided upon .


Final Contract:

When you choose to commission me, you agree to the following:
1. That you have read through the commission information and agree to its entirety.

2. That you will pay the price quoted to you within 48 hours of confirmation.(unless otherwise agreed upon) You agree to pay with Paypal. If you must back out of the commission at anytime, you will be refunded for half the cost of your commission. If I back out, then you will receive a full refund.

3. That if you use your commission it will be in a non-profit manor, with proper credit, and that I retain the rights to the image and may use the image as I see fit.

4. I have the explicit right to decline a commission for any reason.
