Name: PengO
Height: 80 meters
Weight: 67,000 tons
Description: He essentially resembles a mechanical Emperor Penguin. He shares the same colorings of said penguin. His arms are human-like in shape, and his legs are longer and similar in appearance to a theropod's. His tail is beaver-like in shape, and ends in a tuft of metallic feathers. His eyes are bright blue, and he has openings on his shoulders.
Personality: PengO always talk shit about his opponents, and can say the weirdest of things to insult his opponents. He always talks like he's playing a video game, and he treats everything as if he were king. He's usually calm, and always unafraid, but can become quite excited during battle.
Attacks:
-Ice Missiles: From the openings on his shoulders, PengO fires off freezing cold missiles which, when exploding on impact, spread liquid nitrogen over the surface of the impact area. These missiles have the same speed and explosive power of Showa Mechagodzilla's finger missiles.

-Heat Beam: When the coloring around his neck glows orange, PengO can fire an orange beam from his beak. This beam is incredibly hot, and explodes violently on impact, leaving large scorch marks in its path.

-Cyro Beam: PengO can alternatively fire a dark blue beam from his beak. This beam causes ice to build up in the skin of his opponents. The ice only builds up in the impact area, and the ice forms in the surface of the skin. The ice gradually causes the area to stop bleeding, and causes the muscles to go numb.

-Grappling Rope: PengO can fire off a grabbling rope from his left hand, which can grab and drag victims towards him, and pull him to higher places.

-Itchy Spray: From his right hand, PengO can release a spray of purple mist. This mist burns at the skin of the opponent, and can leaves patches of itchy rashes.

-Helix Beam: PengO can open up two panels on his chest(he calls these his nipple cannons), and can fire off a pair of beams that become a helix-shaped beam that has the explosive force of GMK Godzilla's Atomic Ray.

-Eye blast: PengO can fire a blast of blue energy from his eyes. This attack is about as strong as an anti-kaiju missile, and is mostly good for a distraction.

-Blade Flippers: PengO can morph his arms into blades, and use them to slice and chop away at his opponents.

-Forehead Cannon: Calling this his 'orbital fuck shit up cannon', Pengo launches a ball of energy from his forehead. The ball flies up above the opponent, and becomes a beam of energy that slams into the opponent twice as hard as Burning Godzilla's Spiral Ray. Can only be used twice per match.

Powers:

-PengO can secrete an ice cold, gelatinous fluid in his deeper injuries. This doesn't actually heal his injuries, but it does make them less severe than they would.

-Being a robotic penguin, PengO is a skilled swimmer, moving just like a normal penguin through the water.

-PengO is a skilled hand-to-hand fighter, preferring melee combat to his weapons most of the time early on in matches. He can use a variety of street fighter and animalistic attacks, using his tail, beak, and any other part of his body in close combat.

-PengO has a pair of jets in his armpits and one on his back, which allow him to be able to fly at speeds of Mach 2.5.

-PengO's metal is made so that he is quite resistant to blunt force trauma and explosions. It can be penetrated by piercing and slicing attacks, though.

Weakness: PengO has the tendency to EXTREMELY underestimate his opponents, and can never predict his opponent's incoming attacks.
