Show must go on!
Next installment of our new regular feature - few bits about the guilty parties behind our latest strip:
TF: Multiverse - 'Soccer Bot'
First off, let us say that this one-pager was kindly given to us by Transformers: The Lost Seasons' , or
before it's published on their own page. So yes, ladies and gents - we have a premiere!
To many TF fans on dA, 'The Lost Seasons' need no indroduction. This truly epic project is best explained with its tagline - 'The G1 you never got to watch' - and seeks to fill in numerous gaps in the G1 cartoon continuity, and beyond.
If you're not familiar with it, go check it out!
Like, NOW.
And now, a little something about the authors of this piece, in their own words:

Hi, I'm Juan Pablo Osorio, 35 from Valdivia, Chile; I'm a biochemist by profession, but a toys and comics fan at heart. When I finally assumed I wasn't good enough to be a comics artist, I gave writing a try, and the results weren't that bad, so here you have me: writing, editing, managing and doing graphics for the TF: The Lost Seasons project I started.
Following my obsession on taking over dead continuities, I'm now working on a DC superheroes fancomic set in the pre-reboot DCU, DC-NewEarth So, yeah, I now bug superhero artists for help too, not just TF ones!

I'm Ted Simon. I'm 19 years old and currently attending the University of Cincinnati. Though I like doing character art, I hope to study industrial design to get a job with Hasbro at some point..

Hello Bots and Cons. My name is Heather Smith, but all my best friends call me Prime. I admit it was the 2007 movie that reminded me of all that is wonderful about Transformers, but since then I have fallen hard for the comic books, and never looked back. Being part of this fandom has gotten me back into making art, and kickstarted a newfound love of writing. This is the first sequential work I've ever colored. .

Franco has been plaguing the internet for years with his obsession about Simon Furman being the greatest Transformers writer ever, "War Within" being the best Transformers comic ever and so on. An example of this can be seen in page 23 of Seeds Of Deception: Sentinel Prime, in which he rewrote a rewritten character retconning the retcon. But it wasn't enough: he also rewrote the Pretenders: And Gods Will Walk the Earth.
He didn't stop at Transformers: Italian comic book Martin Mystére was retconned as well, see page 1 of "Get a Life!: Enlarged Family Business". Is there a way to put a halt to this madness (short of killing him)?

I say!

The boss launches a web comic - and it's a biggie!
Howdy doodle, Multiversers!
This is HdE, your founder, friend and merciless overlord. I just wanted to share with the group some pretty awesome news.
Yesterday, I launched my webcomic, 'Broken Goddess Athena', which has been literally years in the making. You can find it here:

As you'll see, the first page is up, and there's also a bonus treat in the shape of a cover coloured GORGEOUSLY by Mr. Josh Burcham. UBER-thanks to Mr. B - when a cover comes back from a colourist and you think 'I can't believe he made what I drew look so good', you know the money was well spent. It's a MASSIVE privilege to

Multiverse alumnus gets into 2000AD!
Yes, folks, you heard right - one of our flock has hit the big time!
Multiverse contributor Steven Denton, who drew the strip 'Phase Three', has recently shared the news that his work is being featured in The Galaxy's Greatest Comic.
Steven is attached as colourist to the three part story 'Voodoo Planet', which starts in this week's edition of 2000AD.
The strip is written by Guy Adams, illustrated by P.J. Holden and lettered by Simon Bowland.
We at Multiverse would like to congratulate Steven on this awesome achievement - and hope it'll be the first of many.
Nick Roche draws MONSTER MOTORS!
Transformers fans who are familiar with the estimable Nick Roche's work will no doubt be interested to hear that the Irish Wunderkind (yeah - we put a German word after the word 'Irish' - just to keep you on your toes!) is currently drawing a few other things.
First of these new Roche-pencilled books is MONSTER MOTORS, by IDW, written by Brian Lynch and coloured by Len O' Grady. There's an interview over at Bleeding Cool that explains exactly what the book's about. And here's a linky!
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2014/05/16/forget-autobots-how-about-automonsters-brian-lynch-talks-monster-motors/
The book looks set to be an absolute hoot. Bu
