Rag the Shuppet-cat doing what she does best. Ticking others off and stealing from people for her own benefit. Yup.

Worked really hard on this one, (4 layers for shading (Rag), 4 layers of effects, 2 layers for bg and then other miscellaneous stuff) so I hope you all like it~! ^^
