The Entity - Red

My Odyssey Chapter 6 entry.

I wanted this one to feel a bit more horiffic, and to find a way to visually represent the intruding entity pushing both its beak, and it's identity to the front of Paul's head, while Paul's own identity is pushed back, robbed of its voice.

The pillars were photographed in an underground carpark, as I wanted an element of the hidden lair Paul has been taken to included in the image.

This is a combination of Acrylic (mainly for the head and torso), my photography, collage, scanning magazine dot pattern and mixing it with monoprint (for the background texture), and Photoshop.
