17. Irritation (100 theme challenge)

I know we don't see eye to eye
I can't accept it however hard i  try
Everytime you talk ,a little more i die
Every single nod , a blatant lie

This has been going on for far too long
I really just can't take it anymore
Out of respect i havee been getting along
But it is hightime we settle the score

I can't stand it when you start to lecture
Just listening to, feels like breathing in sulfur
And if occasionally my heart i speak
You just prick me , calling me a freak

I have tried to thing of a solution
But shouting at you seems like the only option
This is a result of inhibited frustration
This is a result of years of irritation ....
