My second painting, I call this one "Senorita". It took me two nights. I had this image in my head and had to express it. 
Besides its good practice. I also used the same character from my gift bag idea. [link]
Her name is Olivia De La Cruz and she is a Spanish Senorita. She loves the outdoors and is in her early twenties. She is upset about her arranged marriage that her parents promised before her birth. She comes from a wealthy family and lives with them. She yearns to attend school and become a doctor but her parents refuse her that desire. She feels that her life is not her own and dreams of her freedom. That is her background story. Basic I know.

This is always is an amazing work. The detail and the feel that it captures is just... mindblowing. I love this style of your art as I have told before. The Geisha, the doll... o.O I will send you a note later. While the story is not exactly like it - I have a similar story "Lily in the Lake" but otherwise this is quite beautiful... the pain in her eyes and the wealth as is almost splattered on her is just... amazing. Keep working and sorry for not being able to stay in touch.
