I'm looking for design ideas for adoptables. I don't do humans.

New Closed Species Soon to be Revealed
I'm happy to announce that I'll be finally having another go at a closed species! I won't give out too much info, but they're space themed and named Dawnette's c:
The species has many visible characteristics to choose from, which I believe can make up for some pretty interesting designs. I'm going to try and make this a bit of a professionally owned species, so a journal will be made that keeps track of every Dawnette and its owner.
The species ref sheet will be coming up some time today or the next few days when I get the chance to make one to the best of my abilities. I hope you guys are excited for these guys like I am! ^^
HOw are my adopts?
I've noticed that my adopts aren't being bought as much as they use to...I'm lucky to sell at least 1 a week out of maybe 5 or more I make. I'd like some outsider opinion on my adopts.
Are the designs not good? Are they not worth what I'm selling them? Are they being sold to expensively?
I wanna know stuff like that. Any feedback would be appreciated
