*fallsover* This picture took me forever to finish! My 800th deviation and its the kou twins,surprise XD Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop 7 and loads of fun brushes! also their detectors, i used koujis old one for the coloring XD because I forgot what color his new one is oh well
