Silver Phantom

YES!! I HAVE FINISHED HIM!!!!

Two deadlines met!! I hope you like your redesigned Silver Phantom. He is buffer, older, and his redone history is included. I was going to redo Sailor Rose as well, but instead have left a note at the end of his story to explain what I would have done with her.

History
There is only so much a man can take before he has to take matters into his own hands and for Doctor Kioke Yamada it was the death of his parents...

Crime had been on the rise for far too long. Every day Kioke saw more and more patients who were the victims of violent crimes, and most of those victims were just innocent bystanders. But when it was his own parents that died on the operating table it was too much. There was more than one way to save a life, and the cops weren’t enough in this town. His first night trying to help keep watch he was nearly killed. The criminals had set off a dirty bomb at a bank just before it closed. Kioke had been able to pass of his reasons for being there as normal routine things, but it had left him changed. He didn’t sleep much anymore, only a few minutes at a time. It meant he had more than enough time for both of his jobs. It also gave him powers. He was stronger, faster, and he could even phase through solid objects now. This gave him a much safer way to track villains. He became the Silver Phantom.
((Optional story parts include the fact that a woman he had helped save, both as Silver Phantom and as Dr. Yamada, at a later date developed a different set of powers, letting her become “The Rose.” Woman’s name is of course Michiyo Sakamoto and while she has fallen for the doctor who performed her surgeries she blames Phantom for her becoming what she is.))
