I felt like I should have something for tonight. It only comes once a year, after all. Perhaps a bit of explanation is in order.

Cadance invited Twilight to the royal New Year's party and told her it was a costume party. Twilight got the idea to do a group costume, tweaking her Star Swirl costume to be Father time while Spike is Baby New Year. It wasn't a costume party, Cadance just likes how all out Twilight goes with her costumes. Spike in a diaper was just added hilarity. And she's got one last surprise for the fuming baby dragon. But prankster be pranked, Celestia didn't tell Cadance that surprising Spike gives him flaming hiccups.
