N.A 10 - Bullet Seed Buddies+Cotton Guard Comrades

I thought up these because of Razorshell asking if I could make a Water counterpart to Bullet Seed.

Bullet Seed was one of the first TMs I got in Pokemon Sapphire. It was a nice little elemental attack you could get early on, and teach your Grass starter if you chose that one. I since realised it has been upped in Power to 25 per hit. This actually makes it quite a potent attack.
So, as it has lost its TM status now too, I thought it would be nice, if in some game, there was a Move Tutor around the "4th Gym time" or so that would teach your starter Pokemon its respective elemental multi-hit move!
So without further ado, meet Bullet Seed's counterparts:

Cinder Gun
Power - 25
Accuracy - 100
PP - 30
Type - Fire
Category - Physical
Compare Bullet Seed

The users shoots repeated flurries of hot embers and coals that pound against a foe. Strikes 2 - 5 times.

Ocean Blast
Power - 25
Accuracy - 100
PP - 30
Type - Water
Category - Physical
Compare Bullet Seed

The user shoots a rapid, continuous stream of stinging, briny pellets that bombard the foe. Strikes 2 - 5 times.

Razorshell also requested a Water type Status move that raised a Pokemon's Defence, by using foam. So, I'll add this here too!

A frothy lather is summoned and surrounds the user, slowing down oncoming attacks and providing a greater defence against physical advances. Raises Defence by 3 stages.

FawkesTheSkarmory said why not make it another Grass, Fire, Water combo. Here is the Fire version.
These moves are extremely good, raising a stat by three levels. So should not be readily available, like Cotton Guard. So, I'll have to think carefully about who can learn Foam Cover. But, as for this Fire move, I think it should be obvious which Fire types get access. I'll add them as soon as I can. Anyways, here it is:

A thick layer of lava is secreted around the user. This quickly cools and hardens providing an extra coat of armour on the Pokemon. Raises Defence by 3 stages.
