First Blossom of Spring

This is the image that inspired this journal. It was supposed to be a 'quick doodle' as a kiriban prize... until inspiration punched me in the face. SORRY TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO GOT ACTUAL DOODLES. It's been a very long time since I've given myself permission to fully paint a real scene like this and use colors and everything. It was incredibly cathartic.
