Okay duckies, because I'm aware that I have a habbit of making things difficult, I've decided it'd be a good idea to help you out. Follow this short guide so that you fill out the application correctly and have the highest chance of being accepted the first time around.

From top left to bottom right;

VILLAGE SYMBOL

This is where the symbol of your character's home village goes; you can find all the information on the villages, and their symbols, Here.

HOMELAND SYMBOL

The country, or land, in which your character originates from.
COUNTRIES
Land of Fire
Land of Wind
Land of Water
Land of Lightning
Land of Earth

LANDS
Land of Waves
Land of Rivers
Land of Frost
Land of Hot Water

CHARACTER

A full body image, and any additional images you wish to add, of your character. At the bottom of this section, your character's CLAN NAME should be added.

BIOLOGY

Name: First and Last
Age: Preferably between 8 and 65 for main characters.
Gender: Obvious?
Rank: What rank did they reach in the village in which they trained?
Bingo Book: Are they listed in the Bingo Book?
Current Home: Where they currently live.

WEAPONS

Any weapons, summons, or tools they use that may not come under the list of standard issue tools and weapons; [kunai, wire, paper bombs, shuriken etc.]

TEAM

Usually ninja are placed in three man squads; does your character have  a squad? If so, who are they?

STATS

Strength
Stamina
Speed
Intelligence
Defence

Fill this out like a bar graph; try to make it reasonable. Everyone has weaknesses. Also try to make it comparable to your character's age and ability; an 8 year old will not have great defence, strength, or intelligence unless they're some sort of Godly prodigy like Itachi.

JUTSU/SKILLS

From the top, going right;
Chakra: Their chakra control; how much chakra they have

Genjutsu: Illusory techniques that attack and manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain; relies on chakra and handsigns.

Bukijutsu: Techniques that entail the use of any handheld weapons in combat, whether the user be Shinobi or Samurai.

Taijutsu: Techniques involving martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities.

Ninjutsu: Any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons; relies on chakra and hand signs.

MISSIONS

How many of each mission type your character has been sent on, and completed; keep in mind, again, that an 8 year old will not be sent on S rank missions. No matter how good they are.
S-Rank are the most difficult, specialised missions.
D-Rank are the lowest level missions, given to Genin when they are fresh out of the Academy.

Additional Information: [Anything else you'd like to add? This can include any gekkei genkai, special abilities, any jutsu, anything about their summons or pets. Anything at all!]
