As some may or may not know, ive been getting back into drawing. Bleh i have to literally push myself to do this. Always making up excuses and work getting in the way i really let myself down on drawing. My skills are gone D: So for the next little while i will be working on anything that comes to mind. Details and body layouts. Fur and the such, and structure mainly. Most importantly, what makes me happy and proud...the outcome of what i draw, whether deep inside i think it stinks and sucks, i must be happy with it lol.

So why did i ask for help? Well as all artists, we get skills not only from practice. But by seeing, learning from others. Not matter what any artists say. They learned from something. Whether it be from a tutorial, a drawing that gave inspiration, someone guiding them along, or even the mere sight of what they were drawing. It all came from something and we thrive on it to make it our own creativity. I ask that anyone who sees a tutorial (for the sake of my crappy skills ANIMALS ONLY PLEASE or creatures) provide a link or comment to tutorials, guides, anything that may help me along and learn to become better. I already have a mini collection that i STILL have yet to go use but its my goal to use them to guide me along. I need a bigger collection, on every aspect of fur structure looks body teeth paws claws tails ANYTHING that i could sometime in the future use. If anyone could just post whenever they find one id greatly appreciate it :) Also comments are VERY welcomed on any sketchs or works that ive done or are recently doing. Please be kind of it, no comments like " Your legs look f--ked up you suck" But more of a guidance on what i could do better, and tips on how.

As a side note. Yes i dont mind taking in Digital tutorials. If its about shading and such on the computer. ATM im working on my traditional art skills. Digital to me is a side extra, i dont feel artistic when i use it as it dosent take the same type of focus to make colors, draw correctly the first time rather then erase easily. Makes you focus more on your artwork and put true time into it. Now this is only my opinion as ive always been a traditional artist and the only thing in digital i can do is basically color in :/ Traditional will make me truly appreciate the finished product and my skills, which in turn will make me happy so i better stick to it.

P.S SORRY FOR THE NEXT FEW DEVIATIONS OF SPAM FROM SKETCHS lol

Thanks to everyone whos encouraged me so far, and those who are yet to. I appreciate it :)

Special Thanks to these peeps who have always stuck by me and truly encourage me to do my best~

Hey I guess your journals don't show up in my watch (fixed it) but what inspires me to draw is other artists. I have talked to quite a few popular artists myself and the tips they gave me is to look at all the artists and find that certain style you want to progress in!

It takes a while!
What I do is that I have a sketchbook and sketch out certain things then stop and think about certain poses or certain... emotions I want to express in a drawing. It doesn't come to me right away, it takes time. Then I usually sketch out the practice of it then move to the digital art when I am confident I can draw that thing I have been wanting to draw.

Sometimes tutorials help, sometimes they don't. Each person has their style and it changes over time once they like what they are doing. I don't think drawing tutorials really help me much because figuring things out through trial and error help me the most.

On anatomy, I just look at real life photos of animals and look at the differences that they have to other subspecies. Like the fox, to the wolf, to the dog. Or the Tiger to the lion, to the house-cat.
work on specific parts of the body until you are comfortable with it. I am still having trouble with legs and paws! Look how many different people draw paws for example. Each have their own way and they look good!

ALWAYS KEEP THIS IN MIND OUUKA: If your art looks good to you, then it is good. Do not let other people tell you otherwise because if you are progressing in your skills then that means it is good.
