Alone At Sea

Asgard and Lexi have left the group and will not be continuing this storyline.

Asgard had expected the water to be icy cold, but it was warm, tepid against his hide as he dove into it. He did not understand why he sank so far, no water he had ever encountered had been this deep. But it did not frighten him. He loved water. He surged back to the surface, his powerful legs like pistons against the waves as he tried to propel himself as far away from the burning ship as possible.

He battled the sea, snorting salt water from his nose until he had decided that he was indeed far enough from the ship to tread water just enough to stay afloat. It was then that he realized he could not see land. Not in any direction. And not only that, but he was completely and utterly alone. His nostrils flared and his eyes rolled white. The girl. Where was the girl?? He screamed into the night, desperate for an answer. He could hear a few replies in the distance, but nothing from the girl. It was then that he became frightened. Moving again through the water like the tiger he was, he began searching for the oddly-colored girl. His girl.

I’m sorry. I can’t stop drawing Asgard, and this is the perfect outlet. I love him so so much. This was very relaxing to do with the waves <3 Also, I have no idea how to shade/draw wet horses, so the streaks are supposed to make him look wet.
