January 25 is Minato Namikaze's birthday so this a tribute to my beloved MinaJiraTsu theory which exists to produce lulz from the fact of Minato being Jiraiya's and Tsunade's lovechild 
Orochimaru is simply being curious
Meanwhile Jiraiya is in Amegakure with the Ame Orphans, never ever learning about Minato being his flesh and blood.
I just love the irony of a picture portraying Orochimaru with a pregnant woman.
