Mini's Fan's Short: The Shin(g)o Incident Part 9

Description

Unfortunately, we could not get Cirno for our ninth episode, so please accept Norman as her replacement. (And for those worried about Mini and Megumi, don't worry: they're only mostly dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead... Well... With all dead there's usually only one thing you can do: Go through their clothes and look for loose change.)

But in all seriousness, this is my first time using a new production technique that speeds up aligning comic frames, and it should speed up production time by roughly an hour. Here's how it works for Gimp users:
1. Import layers into Gimp.
2. Go to Layer > Stack > Reverse Layer Order
3. Choose Align/Distribute Tool
4. Select all of your layers with the Align/Distribute tool.
5. Set offset to however tall the images are.
6. Set "Relative to" setting to "Image"
7. Hit the "Distribute Top Edges of Targets" button and the comic will automatically align itself (with a blank first frame that you can easily crop out).

Spaz, please make a tutorial on your production method. I tried it, and I can't tell if I'm doing it right or not.
