Personality: Vindsvalur is a true gentleman - calm, bombproof and caring. He is an older horse, and it shows, since while he was always a rather mellow stallion, years have made him very much a horse that will never disappoint you or behave badly. He is very forgiving of mistakes. Vindsvalur is not a lovey dovey or super affectionate horse, but he knows his stuff and does it well.

This stud is a bit emotionally distant, and it feels as if he is more doing his duty to us rather than really feeling much. He is independent and brave, and can handle himself in pretty much any situation. Nothing seems to really faze him.

Vindsvalur is always one to take care of his rider on handler, even at the expense of his own well being. He is pretty much a safe horse for anyone - beginners, children, people trying to overcome their fears, young dragon hunters... This does not mean he is dull or slow by any means, he can be rather energetic if asked to behave that way.

He is just as much of a gentleman with mares and just other horses in general. Very well behaved all around, Vindsvalur walks away from any fights with his herd mates, but is willing to protect them from danger. Doesn't harass mares. Settles nicely into the middle tier of the herd.
