Parents/Relationships:
Sire: A Stag of Windborne, who often adventures around the Western Isles. His name is Esmin. He doesn’t bother with socializing with other fawnlings, as he has much more fun adventuring by himself. Esmin was quite the brave stag, despite his size. and was extremely smart. He is usually too smart for his own good, which makes him a bit dangerous.

Dam: Willow’s mother was from Blackwood, named Rayne. She was a fortune teller type, by showing people their future in a dreamland. She was a pure dark bay colour, and had absolutely no markings on her. She wasn’t very evil, compared to the other does of Blackwood. She did however show a very import doe her fortune, which led to her banishment. The fortune wasn’t in favor of the doe’s life, so the doe gathered a bunch of other fawnlings and ran Rayne out of Blackwood, almost killing her.

Siblings: Willow never had any siblings, as her father never wanted any after her.

Love Interest: None yet!

Personality:
very quiet, and reserved.
Cries very easily when yelling, or any anger is shown around her. Actually, anything that makes her uncomfortable makes her cry.
Willow is very curious, and even if it gets her in trouble, she will as questions.
Extremely shy with other fawnlings, and won’t often talk to them.
When it comes to animals, she is a chatter box, and very kind. She is kind to begin with, but with animals, she is like a saint.
She would never do anything bad in her life, because she is too scared.
She was sheltered while growing up so she doesn’t know much about the world. She actually thinks the world ends at Windborne, and thinks the Blackwood is hell.

Likes:
eating flowers, because they are sooooo goood.
Other furry little creatures, not so much big creatures
The suns warmth, as it soothes her to no end
She loves being alone with her thoughts
nature is a big one

Dislikes:
Death, cause... who isn’t?
Scary scary things, like giant wolves, the thought of a world beyond Windborne.
Mean/rude fawnlings, because they make her cry
The darkness, as it is evil to her and makes her nervous.

History of her Parents and Willow’s Birth

There was a special circumstance with Rayne being welcomed into the Blackwood Herd. She had promised her first born child to the Blackwood Fawnlings. Months after her promise, she had shown a very important doe her future in a dream. It ended up that the doe was killed by her own son, so this had made the doe extremely mad. This lead to Rayne being banished and ran out of Blackwood. The Blackwood fawnlings almost ran her to death, as Rayne was a fast and agile doe. For days Rayne was hiding from the evil fawnlings, and eventually ran into Esmin. He treated her wounds as much as he could, and slowly they fell in love. True love. For a few months they stayed around the forests of Glenmore, and then, Willow was conceived. By the time the two lovers made it to Windborne, Rayne was a plump fawnling. She had given birth days later, due to the long journey stressing her out.
Willow was pre-mature, and very fragile when she was born. It was an extremely dark and cold night. The coldest it had been of that season. A few hours after she was born, and as soon as she was able to walk, Esmin and Rayne were ambushed by Blackwood fawnlings. Rayne had made a blood pact when she promised them her first born, which allowed the Blackwoods to locate her. A dark stag emerged from the bushes, and lowered his antlers at Rayne. The Windborne stag was so deeply in love with Rayne, that he would protect her with his life, even if it meant he died. As long as she got away. The mysterious Blackwood stag started to charge at the weakened Rayne, but was stopped by Esmin’s wind power. He had made a dust storm, allowing Rayne and Willow to get away, but Rayne refused to leave. She felt that it was her duty to protect Willow, as it was her fault that this was happening. Esmin scooped up small little Willow in his antlers, and ran off, hearing a yelp in the background.

Willow’s History:
Age 1: Ever since Willow has been a young fawnling, she has been sheltered, mainly because her father doesn’t want to lose her, as he lost his love. She was never allowed around other fawnlings, which explains why she is so shy around them. Her father used to tell her stories of the Blackwood Fawnlings, which frightened Willow. She never quite understood Blackwood, so she had always assumed it was some mythical place, and somewhat pictured it as hell.
Age 2: Often as a young fawn she would go off and adventure, just like her daddy. She only stayed in Windborne, as she thought that the world ended after the shores of Windborne. One day she was adventuring along, she came across a nest, with only one egg in it. The egg had hatched into an Albino cobra. Something was different about this cobra, but it freaked out Willow out so much that she hid. The cobra slithered towards Willow’s hiding area and hissed slightly. Out of no where, Willow’s father bounded into the area and went to stomp the cobra. Something seemed different with this cobra, so Willow decided to save it. Ever since that moment, Willow has had some weird connection to other animals. Also she named the snake Pierce, and she is always with him. I think if he was a fawnling... she would be in love with him...
Age 3: Willow has been talking to ze animals even more and more, which leads the rest of the herd that does know of her, to be insane. She comes in contact with her first stag (besides her dad) and is completely freaked out. He called her a crazy doe, which instantly makes Willow cry. Pierce is always around to comfort her, which always calms Willow down. As a result of being bullied, Willow wanders off into the mountains, to get away from other fawnlings. There she runs into scary creatures, she doesn’t really know what she saw, but it stuck in her mind forever. The darkness really starts to haunt her, at this age, and will continue to haunt her.
Age 4 and a half: She is attacked by Blackwood fawnlings, but escapes. They mention something about her mother which makes her curious.

-More will come about her Adventure around the Western Isles, and how she becomes a stronger doe. Also will she become a part of the Blackwood herd, just like her mother, or stay a Windborne?

Story:

-The sky was filled with white clouds, which covered the great blue sky. Water from the ravine looked so clean and pure. The sound of mother nature was comforting to Willow. Nothing compared to the company of the woodland creatures. She enjoyed every moment of the last few warm sun's rays, heating up her dark back. Everything was so calm around her.
"So what do you think Pierce? Wanna stop here and rest?" said Willow, in her soft, soothing voice. An albino cobra slithered up her back leg and hissed.
Willow had been on a walk all morning, and the sun was at its highest point in the sky right now. It was starting to become chilly, as autumn had just started, but it had seemed like today would be the last day of warmth. The leaves werent quite orange yet, but they were starting to turn. The young doe verily disliked autumn, for many reasons.
The woods would decay, the leaves would die off. Everything around her wad touched by deaths hoof. It really depressed her. She loved life, and everything about it. The smells of freshly bloomed flowers, and the sweet sap from the trees. Willow never left the beautiful wood of windborne, so she never even knew about life beyond the thickets.
There was one other thing about autumn that she disliked. It was mating season. She was still quite too young to understand, but she didn't like all the fighting the stags did. She wasn't interested at all. It was just a waste of time to her. Why fight when you could go out and explore the beauty of Windborne?
Willow let out a long sigh and walked towards the small stream. She gracefully went to take a sip of water, and was pleasently surprised. A small platypus popped its head from the water.
"enjoying a nice cool swim before it starts to get too cold, Mr platypus?" said Willow delightfully. The small creature nodded its head and dove right back in.
I sometimes wish I could be something else... Like a bird, or a fox. Im not meant to be a fawnling. I just dont fit in. Everyone thinks im weird. Just the silly little doe who talks to woodland creatures.
Pierce slithered up her back and around her neck. He tightened his grip softly, as if to comfort her. Its like he knew what willow was thinking.
"you know pierce.... Its like no one likes me. I barely see my dad, and hes my idol. The only person who listens to me. Everyone else stays away from me. I just want a stag that will love me for who I am, and not the crazy doe others say..." Willow paused. "what am I saying? I dont need anyone. I have you. Friends forever!"
The doe took a sip of water. It went down her throat so smoothly. The cold pure water trickled down into her petite stomach. Everything was so perfect for willow.
A kookaburra cried out and landed on an old gumtree. Willow looked behind her and smiled. The bird was a dark brown colour, with white feathers subtly peaking out, as if they were wondering if it was okay to show themselves. The bird stared at Willow, with its black beady eyes. It never made a sound after getting her attention.
Wow... Thats really creeping me out... Maybe I should say something....
"hello there... Mr kookaburra. How are you this lovely...day?" said willow, a little choked up. The bird continued to stare. Willows ears went passive and her heart started to beat faster, and faster. This dark bird was making willow extremely uncomfortable. Its eyes were like a never ending void, sucking her up.
Ill just..... Pretend he isnt there. Thatll calm me down....
Pierce tightened his grip, just like a hug. Or maybe it was a "Help me, it looks like that bird wants to eat me" grip. Willow never really knew.
The dainty doe flopped onto the soft ground and started to groom herself. She had to have her white spots clean all the time. If she was a white doe... She would be glowing. Willow always liked to make herself look good.
While preening herself, the dainty doe heard a rustle in the bushes. Her heart stopped, and ear ears were flat against her skull. The sky had slightly darkened, with the afternoon clouds turning grey. The platypus swam away, up the river, and the crimson rosella few off into the distance. Even Pierce’s grip got tighter around her leg.
A black stag emerged from the bush, looking down on Willow. His antlers were huge, and he had scars all over his face. “Willow...” the stag’s voice rumbled, and gave basically gave Willow a heart attack. Her fear of stags has never been so strong. Please father... please save me... Willow thought. Fear was taking over her body, controlling her mind. This stag should have actually been scaring her even more, but something about him mesmerized her. She felt like she had no control over herself. She wanted to run, run far away from this demon. Was this reality?
“We need to talk, Willow. It’s about... your mother” echoed the stag. His beady eyes were staring right into Willows soul. The kookaburra was still in the tree, on the other side of her, making sure she wouldn’t escape. Willow had to find a way out, she was creeped out but everything going on. She had so many questions. The night coloured stag came in closer, and squinted at Willow. Her chest was pounding, she swore she could hear her own heart beat.
Suddenly, Pierce lunged at the stag, sinking his fangs deep into the stags eyeball. That was a sign to run. Willow must have gotten her speed from her mother, because she ran as fast as she could, into any direction. She heard a bellow behind her, and a tear slightly started from her eye. Pierce was gone, she thought. Her best friend sacrificed himself to save her. Her legs started to ache, and as much as she wanted to stop, she didn’t. She had to get out of Windborne, somewhere safe. But was she ever safe? She would never know.
She came to the shore, out of breath, wanting to collapse. “They said something about my mother... how would they know her? Why do they want me?” asked Willow, over and over again. She kept wishing to the gods that her father would show up, and comfort her. The warm air started to turn crisp, and cold. Willow’s spine stuck out as she shivered. Her eyes closed slowly, as she began to sink into a dreamland. Lights out.-
