Pre: Shattered Underworld Ch.C, Demiurge
Another tale from long ago, the same time of Dionysus and his battle with the Tridevi, a fusion of his wife Kali, Parvati, Lakshimi. However, this calamity arose from the mysterious opening of the gates of hell, presumably by Moloch, the Deadly Sin of Wrath. One archangel snuck into hell in hopes to get to the bottom of the suspicious Blood Moon, the courageous angel was named Archon, Archon Sabaoth, Son of the Demiurge, an angry and corrupt higher being that possessed Archon’s Soul, but luckily for Archon, his soul was too enlightened to be fully corrupted, leaving him as a “Diviso”, an entity with half a soul The journey begins with the outbreak of demons from the gate connecting the 2 worlds, Archon was able to slip past everything by just swinging around his sword in no discernible pattern, panting in a rush of anxiety as he entered hell and instantly fell on his face Archon: Umf! …D-Damn, my ribcage. This is it, this is really hell… I’m scared, but I promised that I would become an archangel captain one day, just like Michael and Gabriel Archon got up and brushed himself off. Archon was a young man with pale skin, one blue eye and one red eye, and 4 wingsprotruding from his back. He dawned a full suit of silver armor with gold designs trimmed into it. His hair couldn’t be seen under his helm, and his weapon of choice was a spear, specifically a Glaive Archon: Where do I even start? An incubus descended upon Archon from behind and put him in a chokehold Incubus: What brings you here? Don’t you even know what is happening in Heaven right now? Archon: I am aware of that, my mission is to find Moloch, I want to confront him myself Incubus: You don’t say? I can bring you closer y’know Archon: Please sir, do so Archon kneeled on his knee to show allegiance to the Incubus Incubus: If you say so, archangel The next thing Archon saw was the Incubus swing it’s claw at him, then everything was black. Archon woke up at an undisclosed point later during the Blood Moon, on a crimson loveseat, in a room with pink wallpaper and dark blue carpeting. A person sat on a chair parallel to the loveseat, a man with long black hair, a fedora, thick eyebrows, a black vest with a white undershirt, black jeans and a black viper around his neck Archon: D-Damn that Incubus… where am I? Shamdon: I sir, am Shamdon! This here with me is Asmodeus. I am his father, he is the prince of lust, though I am the ideal body he choses to possess in devious actions, if you know what I mean Archon: Where am I? Shamdon: My mansion, and thanks to that Incubus, your body is mine! Shamdon waved his hand and Archon started drifting into unconsciousness, but he managed to lift his glaive and swing it at Shamdon, however Asmodeus caught the glaive with his fangs. Archon picked up Shamdon off the ground by the glaive Shamdon: One tough nut to crack eh? I will be showing you a tough nut tonight-! Archon swings Shamdon through the wall, Asmodeus let go of the glaive and he fell of the deck from the 3rd floor to the main hall Shamdon: Agh my god damn back! Archon: I shall not give into lustful temptation, it is sinful Shamdon: Fuckin’ archangels and their morals… Asmodeus snapped at the air and a cloud of pink mist drifted swiftly towards Archon. Archon jumped from the deck to the main floor, landing on his feet, the mist evaporated the wall it hit into ash Archon: If I win this fight, you’re going to take me to Moloch! Shamdon: Fair, for if I win, you’ll be giving up your life to be my slave for eternity! Archon: I understand, Prince of Lust Archon rushed at Shamdon and vice versa, the glaive clashes with the fangs of Asmodeus, Shamdon holds his hand over Archon’s face and glowing purple worms emerge from his hand and wrap around Archon’s head, prompting him to drop the glaive Shamdon: Hold still, I’m reading your mind! God it’s like a clean slate, there’s nothing there at all! Archon: I’m not going to succumb to you! Archon grabbed Shamdon by his legs and flipped him on his back, the brainjack worms retreating. Shamdon got up and threw a punch while Asmodeus lunged forward, Archon dodged them both and ducked to the side to retrieve his glaive. After repossessing himself, Asmodeus rapidly jabbed at Archon, Archon masterfully evading the snake bites Shamdon: Great reflexes! Archon: I train under a master of all arts! And I know this too Archon spun his glaive and he vanished, reappearing above Shamdon and slashing his back, Asmodeus turned and Unhinged his jaw, attempting to swallow Archon’s head Shamdon: My back, ah shit! Archon: My head! Archon swung around his glaive but Shamdon and Asmodeus both dodged the throttle. Suddenly, an idea came to him Shamdon: I’m getting reality bored of you, Archon! Shamdon took out a chain of beads from underneath his vest and began whipping it across Archon’s armor, scratching it badly. Then Archon’s idea came into fruition, he bit one of Asmodeus’ fangs and held the bite for a while, Asmodeus started to move sporadically Shamdon: What the hell are you doing?! Asmodeus released Archon, however now he was missing a fang and it was between the teeth of Archon Shamdon: You bastard! Archon: I did what I had to do Asmodeus spit blood in Archon’s eyes, temporarily disabling them Archon: My retinas, they burn! I-I can’t see! Archon dropped his glaive again, and as he did, Shamdon raised his leg and kicked Archon’s chest, breaking the chest plate and knocking him off his feet. Shamdon kept him on the ground by stepping on Archon’s chest Shamdon: You’re making this too easy! Shamdon stomped on Archon’s chest Archon: I’m not out of energy, not now… Archon grips Shamdon’s leg tightly and lifts himself up while simultaneously holding Shamdon upside down Archon: I smite thee… Archon threw Shamdon at the wall and picked back up his glaive which was now glowing a golden, heavenly light. Shamdon got up and ran at Archon but Archon cut him in half with a swift slash Shamdon: H-How-?! Archon grabbed Asmodeus and stuck his teeth in Shamdon’s neck Shamdon: I-I… I am paralyzed Archon: I request to see Moloch now Shamdon sighed Shamdon: A deal is a deal… Archon was engulfed in a hellish, crimson inferno, and the next second he was in an underground cave, the walls were lined with glowing, pulsing veins and there was a pool of blood in the center, and in the middle of that was the Prince of Wrath. A large, muscular man with dark red skin, yellow eyes, a long bushy, black beard, black steel armor covered in spikes, 2 unholy wings and a red scepter Moloch: How… how did a lower angel reach the circle of wrath! As he yelled, the veins on the wall glowed more fiercely Moloch: Who put you up to this?! Metatron? Gabriel? Eden? It’s been 100 years, a blood moon had to happen! It’s no damn miracle, or a conspiracy, it’s just fate! Archon: Is… that true? Moloch: Of course it’s true! How about I insult your mind with more unforeseen words of truth. We princes of hell aren’t the damn villains of a story, there are necessary actions that we are required to take within a certain period of time on account of a blood oath with the original ruler, Satan. Evil is necessary to exist in a world of light, and you as a person wouldn’t be able to feel a variety of emotions if evil wasn’t present. Grief, rage, depression, that was me Archon: I-I… I want to know more Moloch: …You’re the boy of the Demiurge aren’t you, half a soul? Archon: Yes, that is me Moloch: Have you ever seen your father? Archon: I haven’t, I was only told of his existence, and that he tried to take my soul, but I was a miracle child Moloch: Your father… Is not who you think he is Archon: What? Moloch: You are a Infernal, a being born from a demonic entity, as am I Archon: That isn’t possible, I’m an Archangel! Moloch: You are the one I heard of, Fate thought he could change you, seems he was right all along Archon: Explain yourself! Moloch stares deep into Archon’s heart, sending a chill through his body Moloch: There is no Demiurge, his true moniker is Samael, the chief evil of the underworld. You have a sister, her name is Sophia, she was a curious godess of creation, but Samael had to cut her life short after she tried to create life but made a monster, that’s the Tridevi. The Tridevi was seized and split into 3 people, Kali, Parvati and Lakshimi, the Tridevi was a malevolent being that only knew how to kill Archon: Oh my god… that is Dionysus’ wife! Moloch lowered his wings Moloch: I am afraid he will not survive tonight, as today marks the unsealing of the Tridevi Archon: N-No, I have to go back, I have to warn everyone! Moloch: That will not be possible… Samael is a cruel god, no Angel knows his true nature, and nobody can know by any mean… you will not be surviving tonight either The pool of blood began to boil Moloch: The time has come, Archon, you will end up just like your sister Archon backed up, shaking in fear, his glaive glowing again. Then, a giant, muscular man with pitch black flesh, 6 arms, 6 wings, 6 red eyes, a grey beard, long hair, bull horns, and wearing a black toga raised from the boiling pool of blood Samael: None of my kin have ever been born perfect, and the foreseeable future shows more mistakes just like yourself, Archon Archon: Father, I am your own son, this is wrathful! You can be better than this! Samael: Stupid lower angels, have you learned nothing?! I am satan! I care not for morals, justice or injustice! Nobody can know who I am, another holy war cannot exist… so you must die Archon: N-Nobody will know! Samael: Correct, once you are dead. Since you merely possess the knowledge, you cannot be set free Moloch: …Samael, I believe we can make a compromise Samael: Elaborate upon that, Prince of Wrath Moloch: Archon can stay alive under the condition that he is bound in the Labyrinth of Sins Archon: Labyrinth of… Sins? Samael and Moloch met eyes, then they both nodded. Moloch raised his scepter above himself and black, dead hands grabbed Archon and started to drug into the ground Archon: No, no! I would rather die than be trapped for an eternity in solitary isolation! Please-! Archon was fully dragged under. Samael then disappeared into a red mist without a sound Moloch: …Calling off the blood moon, Dionysus has died… and so has the son of the “Demiurge” Meanwhile, Archon was summoned into a new place, another cave with it’s walls seemingly breathing with it’s red veins. There were dozens of people, trapped in embryos of crying souls, some were decomposing and some were skeletons. Archon’s armor and his glaive disappeared and the veins in the walls reached out to Archon and put him into the same fate as the rest of the unfortunate victims of this personal hell. Back in Heaven, Fate was meditating in the middle of the gathering temple, when a familiar Glaive suddenly appeared, floating before him, waking him Fate: Another one… and it is far from the last… -THE END-
