Personality: Trusting - Strong - Kind - Well mannered - Casual
[Trusting] Rushflight is an easily trusting cat. His easily-earned trust can sometimes be a fault, but normally he knows who to trust.
[Strong] Rushflight is a well-muscled cat even though he grew up a loner. His adoptive father Gabe would teach him some fighting moves and practiced with him often.
[Kind] Next to being trusting, Rushflight is also generally kind. He makes friends easier than his sister because of this.
[Well-mannered] Rushflight is well-mannered like his sister. Before coming to Tideclan their adoptive parents made sure to instill the importance of good manners in them.
[Casual] Rushflight isn't near as high-strung as his sister. For as long as he can remember, Flickerpool has always been intense and sometimes even reckless, but he himself was never like that. He's usually laid back and calm, and able to keep his composure.

History || Rushflight was born as Rush outside of Tideclan camp with his sister Flicker. Deepshade, the present Tideclan deputy, was their mother. Deepshade had been mates with Goldrush who died in battle before she realized she was going to have kits. Deepshade was distraught at the death of her mate, and kept her pregnancy a secret. She hated to think Goldrush couldn't be there to help raise them. They were both born still and not breathing, and she was forced to leave them in a bush. Unbeknownst to her two loners had heard her murmur the beginnings of the names she would have given them: Flicker and Rush. She ran away too fast for the loners to catch her, and so they found the kits. Ginger(the female loner) held the tomkit upside down and discovered that liquid had been blocking his breathing way. Gabe(the other loner) did the same with Flicker and both kits were finally breathing. They decided to take them in, not wishing to get into a fight with their mother if she lived in a clan. Gabe and Ginger revealed to the kits how they had been found, not wishing to lie to them about their origins. They never knew whether their mother had been a loner or a clan cat. Rush would sometimes wonder about who his true parents were but the issue didn't press on him much. He spent most of his time hunting for his family and roaming around the outskirts of the clan territories.
One day Flicker told him how she had met the Tideclan healer apprentice Branchpaw. Later that day, Deepshade, Frigidnight, and Shellstar found them and the leader offered them the opportunity to be warriors, as was their birthright, for they were Deepshade's kits. Rush and his sister gladly took the offer.

RP sample: Rush woke up after hearing his sister leave the den. They had recently been accepted into Tideclan by Shellstar for a moon, and would be made full warriors if they proved themselves. It was very strange to wake up in the warrior's den instead of the shack he had woken up in for most of his life. Rush rose and made his way to the fresh-kill pile. He took a small fish for himself and sat beside his sister. She was looking at Frigidnight with a mixture of curiosity and suspicion. "You know, if you actually talked to her you two might become friends," he teased.
