I think the message in this illustration could be quite positive for the families. The tree has a face in the top of it, which gives it some sort of human shape, along with the branches, which are wide open like trying to reach the sky, conveying the idea of "rising from the ground". Also, there are two faces on the sides, just near the roots: the profile of a mother (to the left) and her son (to the right).
