Smudged

omg i can't belive i did this.... in two ways. 1 this was a one layered pic in gimp only useing the smudge tool and the paint brush and 2 it was acually ment to be a sea background but i started kmessing with the smudge tool and it ended up looking more like a head so i went with it it took me an hour straight to do. i never do stuff like this let alone for an hour straight!!!
