Freezing Rust

I made this as a break from drawing for people (was going to be a livestream but my connection sucks), and it was nice enough to submit I suppose ;u;
Was an attempt at a Pallete Challenge (given a red, orange, 2 blue, and white colors), but I gave up and cheated by manipulating the layers for bright and dark hues. Totally bs'd it ;o;
Lol, and don't ask me what the theme is supposed to be... best guess is, uh, fancystuck -tea time with Miss Megido!
I'm sorry, I will be finishing up other drawings for people right now!
