Hi all. So I've been tagged by the talented :iconideenkotze:
I don't normally do these but this looked like fun. So here goes...

Rules:

1. You must post the rules.
2. Each person must post 5 things about themselves in their journal
3. Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post, and create ten new questions for the people you tag to answer.
4. You have to choose 11 people to tag and post their icons on your journal.
5. Go to their page and tell them you have tagged them.
6. No tag backs
7. No stuff in the tagging section about "you're tagged if you're reading this". You legitimately have to tag 11 people.

5 Things About Me:

1) I'm a qualified Library Technician. This means I can do everything in a library (aside from teaching in schools). Most of the librarians you have met will have been techs.
2) I have a severely diverse taste in music. I can listen to virtually anything 80's pop, metal, classical, scores, music with lyrics in foreign languages. I blame/ thank my parents, they have completely different musical tastes and have instilled an appreciation for music in general onto me.
3) I find it extremely easy to make friends. But insanely difficult to keep them.
4) When asked to describe myself as an animal I will always describe myself the same way; as a ruby dragon with a mane and pincers. This description is tied to my Chinese and Western zodiacs. I'm a July baby making my birthstone the ruby and I was born in the year of the Dragon. The mane and pincers are a little more complicated. I was born a cancer hence the pincers from the crab. But in some years my birth date makes me a Leo giving me a mane. Most of the time the Leo zodiac is truer for me.
5) I once dressed up a aeroplane jelly. To be precise port-wine jelly. (If enough people ask I will post a photo and explain how and why)

Ok :typerhappy:

Questions I have to answer:
1) Have you ever been so caught up in a fictional story that it made you forget your real life completely? If yes, which story was it?
Definitely. Mine is actually a series. I manage to lose my life every time I read any book from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward. From the very first book they have entranced and enchanted me. I love the reality on the characters. They have honestly become more real to me than parts of my life. Even when I'm not reading of the BDB books I will often lose track of time while reading.
2) Whats the one and only food you could never live without?
As cliché as it is as a woman I will have to say I cannot live without chocolate. My favourite is an espresso crisp chocolate. Ground coffee beans set in dark chocolate. A brilliant caffeine hit.
3) If you could choose to move wherever you want, but it you'd be living there from tomorrow on, where would that be?
This is a very difficult question. It has to be somewhere in Europe that is plain to me. I love music every good band/act tours in Europe. I can speak schoolgirl German but English is my first language and my ancestery is Welsh and Scottish. So I'm going to say somewhere in Cardiff.
4) Is there someone you'd like to swap lifes with? (optional: with who and why?)
As much as I think many people would say yes and as much as I often think my life sucks at times. I would not swap it for anothers life. Everyone has their own problems, their own issues. I no longer believe that the grass really is greener on the other side.
5) If you could choose your name, how would you be called?
I like my name. It is a traditional name and I'm named after family. Although I is very common. My name is Catherine and it's never really been shortened (aside from my cousin who calls me Cath). I like history and historical characters, the name I would want to be called is Kelly. After the Kat or Kate Kelly sister of Ned Kelly one of Australia's most notorious bushranger.
6) Which mystical creature would be your pet?
Possibly the easiest question Ideenkotze asked me to answer. The mythical creature that I would have as my pet is the phoenix. A symbol of rebirth, such majestic and beautiful creatures.
7) Your favourite dA artwork of all times?
This is a really difficult question. I can't answer with a single artwork so I'm going to give my 3 favourites.
Black Rhage by EhnviousVhanity :bigthumb205773308: :bigthumb201563994:
8) 10 000 000 $ or the power to get invisible whenever you want?
I think I would take the money. Possibly use most of it to the taxman but I would take the money. Though I would keep most of it I can think of a couple of very worthy charities that could use the money.
9) A song you heard a million times but still love?
I never get sick of Humanoid by Tokio Hotel. I love all three versions (English, German and an acoustic live version www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1y-FA…). Since I first got them I don't think I've gone a day without listening to at least one of them. Currently I'm addicted to Lucifer by Shinee www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dww9Uj…. Though a couple of years old I have only just discovered it (with thanks to Aliss-r-aleman). It is a really catchy song with insane moves. I have a fallen in love with songs sung in languages other than English. Particularly languages I don't speak.
10) The person you think is the most inspironal and admirable on this planet?
I'm not really inspired by any single person in particular (certainly not one I know personally). But I find some of the people on dA inspiring. People who cosplay show me what bravery and courage are. Some others on here have such amazing talent and skill but they can and often are so humble.
In the real world I think I find Aung San Suu Kyi an extremely inspirational woman, She gave up everything including her freedom, her husband and two young children for a cause she believed in. For this cause she even missed her husbands funeral knowing the cost if she left Burma.

10 Questions for Others

1) Ideenkotze asked me who inspires me. Now I'm asking you what qualities you find inspirational?
2) What is your all time favourite film? Why?
3) Do you (or have you ever) listened to music in a language other than your native or English? How did find them?
4) Have you ever broken a bone?
5) Where is your ideal place to go for a holiday?
6) How did you discover dA? How long have you been a member?
7) Who is your current favourite artist on dA? (If you can't pick just one you can list up to 3)
8) Do you have a favourite God/ Goddess from the Greek/ Roman/ Egyptian Parthenons? Why?
I'm going to end with 2 slightly morbid questions.
9) A bucket list is a list of thing to do before you die. What is at the top of yours?
10) What would you do on your last day on earth? Money is no object.

omfg I was referred to as talented *faints*

aaand I want to see that port-wine jelly picture!! O:

Its always so funny when people from somewhere outside of Germany know Tokio Hotel! When I was a little girl, I listened to them alot. :D but I actually only know songs from their first album. However, I like that there's at least somethikng positive from Germany known all over the world. (;
I'd also move to the UK right now, if I got the chance. Maybe we meet there in our imagination. ;D
You answered Question 4 excactly like I would have. I often hear people complaining about other peoples life being much easier, but you never know whats hidden behind the surface.

and your questions are really awesome, I found it soo difficult to come up with mine and they're not even that good :D

hope you had a little fun doing it(:

xx
