To make matters worse, Lara's hands are tied at the back and she has no weapons to fight back even if she wanted to. She forgoes trying wiggle her way out. Instead she awaits an opportune moment to strike back.

Oh yes, that's MUCH more lifelike. Way to go! Also, her hands being tied explains the odd pose (I was trying to figure out what bizarre fantasy martial art would let you pin both of a person's arms with your crotch).
