September The Observer

I love the Observer from Fringe. I'm currently marathoning season three, and he didn't show up for most of the season, which made me sad. :<

But then he did, yaaaay.
I really like him. DON'T SPOIL ME IN THE COMMENTS KAAAY.
Just finished Season Three, Peter's just used the machine!

EDIT: So I finished Fringe a long time ago, and I never worked on this cuz I'm so busy...but it's suit-up-september in The Desk and I remembered this suddenly! CUZ IT'S SEPTEMBER. AND HE'S IN A SUIT. AMG.
