I am a communist,
I am not a fascist.
I don’t want all the power,
Just a world that is fair.
I don’t what to stem your ideology,
I just won’t let it ruin our planet.
We can still have production,
Just not for one man.
You may keep your aspirations,
Keep improving your wealth.
Just don’t let people starve,
While you gorge yourself to death.
You may keep your religious beliefs,
But let others keep theirs.
Just don’t let aids spread,
When you don’t know for sure.
Why do we encourage greed,
In a world limited by resources.
When the rich create the poor,
Why do you take pride?
These are but my thoughts,
From a world so unequal.

Just my thoughts on communism and capitalism. This poem was inspired by a poem my fellow DA friend wrote [link] here. Please note that i don't agree with the infamous Russian communist party, just still believe communism or Marxism is still the best way to summarize my beliefs. I believe we can have communism without fascism.
