Isla Divina

Isla Divina is the De Facto capital of Puerto Queenvara. This is where the legislative, executive and justice branches of the government are, this is also where Che, her family, her minions and most of the political class live. The settlement is divided into two areas: Ciudad Vieja (Old City) which comprises of the old spanish colonial settlement of Puerto Quinnvara and Nueva Esperanza (New Hope) which comprises of skyscrapers and new estates built during the 1970's all the way to 2013 and it's been named "the Latin Las Vegas" ever since due to the number of casinos, night clubs and entertainment. It also has a red light district.

The airport and the docks are at the back of the island and this is also where the factory which builds the H8U ultrajumbos and class 17 airships is located. the facility is equipped with it's own runway just like the Airbus and Boeing facility. The island also has a radio tower on the west mountain and several radar dishes and a medical facility on the east mountain.
