Late commission for ~!!

Dude... I actually got this done. But I'm not proud of myself cuz i'm so late and all that. 8'D _{I don't believe she remembers either!} Anywhoo, this features Queen Victoria from the Black Butler series. c: She wanted me to draw her finger painting, and I thought about putting some paint on her face but it didn't work out too well. xDDD
