An awesome commission from *MizaelTengu, that I got like in… November or so, just completely forgot to upload it. Dx
But better late then never! :>
This showing Hagawa Gen, as captain over Division 12, before he was transferred and turned into Kido Corp Commander. X3 Under this time was he close partner with the lieutenant of the Division, Ekitai Aburako, and they created the Research Institute, however, instead of merging it with Division 12, did she take the position of captain over it instead, while Gen left for the Kido Corp, leaving the third seated Mashin to take the position as captain.
